Delete Your Brixo Account

This page explains how users of the Brixo mobile apps — including the Brixo Customer App and Brixo Vendor App — can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

How to request account deletion

Follow these steps to delete your Brixo account:

  1. Send an email to brixoteck@gmail.com with the subject line: Account Deletion Request - Brixo.
  2. In the email, include:
    • Your registered mobile phone number
    • Which app you use (Customer App or Vendor App)
    • Your registered name (as shown in the app)
    • A brief reason for deletion (optional)
  3. We will verify your identity by confirming your registered phone number (via reply email or OTP to your registered number).
  4. Once verified, we will process your deletion request within 7 business days and send you a confirmation email when complete.
  5. After deletion, you will be signed out of the app and will not be able to log in with the same account. To use Brixo again, you must register a new account.

What data is deleted

When your account deletion request is approved, we delete the following personal data:

What data is kept

Some information may be retained after account deletion where we are required to do so by law or for legitimate business purposes:

Server and security logs (IP address, access times) Security monitoring and abuse prevention Up to 90 days, then automatically deleted or anonymised

Retained order records are disassociated from your personal profile where possible. Identifiers such as your name and phone number are removed or replaced so the records cannot be used to identify you for marketing or account access purposes.

Partial deletion

Brixo does not currently offer partial deletion of specific data fields while keeping your account active. If you want certain personal data removed, you must request full account deletion using the steps above.
