• Mobile phone number

• Vendor details associated with your orders

Vendor account information (Vendor App only)

• Shop and business details (shop name, owner name, address, city, district)
• Contact numbers (phone, alternate phone, WhatsApp)
• Business verification details (GST, PAN, FSSAI, and related KYC documents where applicable)
• Bank and payment details for settlements (account name, account number, IFSC, UPI ID)
• Shop location coordinates (latitude and longitude), if provided

Device and usage information

• Device type, operating system, and app version
• Authentication tokens used to keep you signed in
• Log data such as IP address, access times, and error reports
• Approximate or precise location data, if you grant location permission in the app

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Verify your identity using one-time passwords (OTP) sent to your phone
• Process and fulfil orders between customers and vendors
• Display nearby vendors and relevant products
• Provide customer and vendor support
• Improve app performance, security, and user experience

• Send service-related communications (such as order updates and account alerts)

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in the following situations:

• With vendors: When you place an order, relevant order and contact details are shared with the vendor fulfilling that order.
• With service providers: We use trusted third parties to help operate our Services, such as SMS/OTP delivery providers, cloud hosting, and analytics services. These providers may process data only on our instructions.
• For legal reasons: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Brixo, our users, or others.
• Business transfers: If Brixo is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it in accordance with applicable law.
